A major user of transport aircraft, Largo Winch didn't hesitate to lend his image to the most recent awareness campaign led by the IASA.
Poor meteorological conditions are still a major cause of fatal accidents in aviation. Too many pilots, even qualified, continue flying until they have lost all visual references because they have failed to recognise deterioration in their flying conditions in time. The IASA, Institute for the Improvement of Aerial Safety, called on Largo Winch to pass their message on to the pilots. Businessman and adventurer, the latter is after all a responsible man. So he voluntarily agreed to associate his image with this campaign. Indeed, the awareness work undertaken by the IASA is of great importance, and all those who feel close to the aviation community must contribute.
